W.H.O is the “Popat”
The W.H.O is an organization set up in the year 1948. It is headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, and has an annual budget for the year ’20-’21 of $7.96 billion. The parent organization is the United Nations Economic and Social Council.
It is headed by the appointed Director-General, who currently is :
POPAT
Tedros Adganom Ghebreyesus a.k.a Popat “Made in China”
“POPAT“: An Indian term with multiple meanings based on the context of use. Used in this blog in the context of; 1) a manipulated parrot who acts and talks on command, and 2) a spineless idiota.”
We will get to the reason in a minute but in order to understand and digest it completely, we need to first dive into a bit of the history of the W.H.O.
Let us begin by clarifying that the W.H.O was formed, like most human creations, with the right intentions and agendas.
However, like most human creations it has in time been infiltrated by corruption, external influence, and malpractice thus reducing it to a puppet organization.
Rest assured, there is good being done by the organization in many places around the world. I am not condescending that fact here. However, if you think about it, with a budget of around seven billion dollars a year, they bloody well do something.

It should though as I mentioned, good has been done in the years since the organization came into being.
The shadow begins to be cast when we observe the timeline from the year 2004 onward.

From 2004, Mr. Lee Jong-wook took over as the Director-General of the United Nations World Health Organization. He made the fight against HIV/AIDS a landmark of his tenure and led global preparations for a possible human bird flu pandemic. Throughout his 23-year career at WHO, he made a difference in every program he managed, whether leading the charge to eradicate polio from the Western Pacific or launching a cutting-edge Global Drug Facility so that people would have access to tuberculosis medicines.
Very impressive, noble, and commendable. Very much like those before him.
I am referring to the person whose quick and decisive action prevented a pandemic years ago. Yes, there would have been a pandemic like the current covid-19 much before today and with equally devastating results if it wasn’t for
Mr. Lee Jong-wook ,unfortunately, passed away in 2006.
Thus, entered Anders Nordström as the interim acting Director-General of the WHO. It was passing through of sorts which lasted only a few months.
Now comes the scandal, you have earned it for your patience so far.
To take over from the interim Director-General, stepped in the “start of the decline of the WHO”.
Dr. Margaret Chan of China was to be the new director-general of the World Health Organization. Chan. A former public health minister of Hong Kong and chief technical and administrative officer at WHO.
Two aspects cast a shadow on Chan. One: Doubts over her handling of the severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) and avian flu epidemics while she was Hong Kong public health minister, and Two: Her questionable relationship with China.
She was accused of downplaying the SARS and Avian flu epidemics, and her ability to be unbiased towards China was questioned as her ascent to the high ranking position is known to be due to the support of her campaign by the Chinese Government. Biased due to the fact that China was not forthcoming in offering samples or information to WHO and others during the Avian flu outbreaks.

The stage was now set for the star player to enter the field and bend it like Beckham. This took place in the year 2017. For it was in this year that Dr. Cover-up: a.k.a Popat took up the position of the Director-General of the W.H.O.
The well-written piece linked above does a good job in justifying the embarrassing title held by the leader of the W.H.O
The main point is that this leader is more a politician than a medical one. It is a fact that Tedros is not a Doctor, well not in the way we understand.
He is called “Doctor” but Tedros is not one. He is an academic doctor, having earned a Ph.D. in philosophy, not in medicine. This distinction is not a trivial one, being the director-general for the world’s foremost medical organization when not a doctor is like a sportsman becoming president. It can instill mistrust and disrespect.
This was instilled firmly in January 2020 when once again the Director-General of the W.H.O was accused of being biased by way of leniency towards China. He blindly accepted Beijing’s account of cases of atypical pneumonia that they claimed were not transmissible from human to human, were isolated to one region, and under control.
Covid19 continued to exhibit characteristics of a pandemic, spreading rapidly around the world. Not only did Dr. Tedros and his team fail to declare a public health emergency, but they also urged the international community to not spread fear and stigma by imposing travel restrictions. The global health body even criticized early travel restrictions by the US as being excessive and unnecessary. Following the WHO’s advice, the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) suggested that the probability of virus infecting the EU was low, likely delaying more robust border controls by European states.
These early missteps by the global health body have proved fatal to thousands around the world and will likely adversely affect the lives of millions who now confront a prolonged tragedy and an economic slowdown
So much so, he made a formal announcement on January 23rd that China had taken all the necessary precautions and there was no evidence of human to human transmission outside China, despite the fact that Taiwan had warned the W.H.O of this as early as December.
It was with his fluffy tail between his legs that Dr. Do-Teddy, on the 30th of January 2020, declared the outbreak a Public Health Emergency of International Concern on 30 January 2020, and a pandemic on 11 March 2020.
It is surprising, that when a pneumonia-like virus was detected in Wuhan, late December 2019, the WHO, armed with data and years of subsequent research about the SARS outbreak, reacted as sluggishly and mistakenly as it did. Do you remember how long it took the WHO to get it screwed on right concerning airborne transmission, human-to-human transmission, safety protocols, masks, and nearly everything else? Not to mention the retractions and about-turn statements. Easy to put the blame on this virus being novel.

Another Tangent,
Well known is the relationship between China and Ethiopia, Dr. Do-Teddy’s homeland, but also China’s influence on the finances and supply of medical equipment to the WHO. It would seem that this failure is deliberate.
In late 2016, he was accused of having concealed three cholera epidemics that occurred in his country while he was Minister of Health between 2006 and 2011, which allegedly deprived his country of international aid.
His early career is even more cringe-worthy. An ethnic Tigray, he became a member of the Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF), a hard-left organization that became part of the Ethiopian People’s Revolutionary Democratic Front, that ruled Ethiopia until recently. (TPLF was classified as a terrorist organization in the Global terror database). According to one Ethiopian newspaper, Tedros was listed as the third most important member of the TPLF’s politburo standing committee.

So he already had experience in this extreme way of life and his past morality needs no introduction. This kind of resume seems to securely fit the job responsibilities for which he got the head chair in the first place.
With all this being said and done, it’s almost impossible for the common man to fully comprehend the kind of deceit and politics at the highest levels of the world. We can only swallow the manipulated media with a pinch of salt and use our God-given intellect to interpret and analyze the data in plain sight available for anyone interested to devour.
Cause if we chose to live blind, believe what we are told to believe then the Popat is not out there…
